KDE goes cross-platform with Windows, Mac OS X support

"The KDE development community is working on porting the open-source desktop environment to Windows and Mac OS X. The ports aren't quite finished yet, but early versions are now available for testing."

The KDE-Windows project - Pre-release are available
"We are currently trying to port the KDE-applications to MS Windows. Currently we support only Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003. Vista support is underway."

This is currently in 'Alpha' stage: Early Development - only for the brave-of-heart.
Regular Users, please wait for a Public Beta release candidate.
