I was just wondering which is the best linux distro to learn about IT security?
Preferably something small that I can run through Virtual PC.
Currently I am just messing around with Austrumi

Here are three I can think of off the top of my head.

Knoppix-STD

Auditor

Backtracker

These are all great distro's, loaded with tools for almost everything to do with IT security.

Honepots, IDS, Firewalls, Wardriving tools, and much much more.

Right now I'm using Backtracker.
