El Chino Carlos
Hello to all boys! hello.gif hello.gif hello.gif I had a doubt that it has been tormenting to me for months... It is that I have been using I emule 47a for several years but for a few months ago, when I run it, my computer reboot by itself and when I log in again in Windows, then appears a little window that say: "the system has recovered of a serious error" When I see the technical information of the error, then appears the following message:

C:\DOCUME~1\Carlos\CONFIG~1\Temp\WER72e9.dir00\Mini022006-01.dmp C:\DOCUME~1\Carlos\CONFIG~1\Temp\WER72e9.dir00\sysdata.xml

I wanted to know if this problem has relation with my Pc´s memory, :boh: :boh: :boh: I think it has been affected since there was a short general circuit in my house while my computer was turned on (connected with its respective stabilizer of electricity) the peculiar thing is that I only have this problem when I run eMule and I have it connected during several hours... (perhaps my PC overheats and reboot automatically by self protection??????) I swear you I do not know what to do and I am very stressed..Thank you very much my friends !!!! crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif

They call these...Mini022006-01.dmp ..mimidumps.. you should give them a copy of those.. and exactly what the technical information said to you in detail.

All of the minidumps are like crashes . The culprits is corruption in software hive.

Procedure to repair Hives
1. Export the registry for backup purpose
2. XP registry editor has an inbuilt feature to repair corruption of Hives

http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documen...w.mspx?mfr=true

To restore the registry
1.
Open Registry Editor

2.
Click Options, and then click Print to print these instructions. (If you are using the Help and Support Center, click Print above the topic area.) They will not be available after you shut down your computer in step 2.

3.
Click Start, and then click Shut Down.

4.
In the list, click Restart, and then click OK.

5.
When you see the message Please select the operating system to start, press F8.

6.
Use the arrow keys to highlight Last Known Good Configuration, and then press ENTER.

NUM LOCK must be off before the arrow keys on the numeric keypad will function.

7.
Use the arrow keys to highlight an operating system, and then press ENTER.

Caution
• Incorrectly editing the registry may severely damage your system. Before making changes to the registry, you should back up any valued data on your computer.

• To open Registry Editor, click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

• Choosing Last Known Good Configuration provides a way to recover from problems such as a newly added driver that may be incorrect for your hardware. It does not solve problems caused by corrupted or missing drivers or files. • When you choose Last Known Good Configuration, Windows restores information in registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet only. Any changes you have made in other registry keys remain.

You may have a corrupt registry. You may want to back up your data, then reinstall windows.
